Finals week is coming up, which means the air is filled with stress. Students have been studying relentlessly, trying to remember what they learned in September.
There are many ways to reduce stress and make the week before finals better. MFS WordsWorth set out to see what the experts at our school think will help reduce stress.
First we sat down with the school nurse, Jen Raue, who told us that one of the best things that one can do to prepare is sleep well and don’t save all of the studying for the night before.
Another thing that one can do is eat healthy the night before and day of, and lastly, drink water.
She told us, “[These things are] easier said than done and it’s not the end of the world if you don’t do well.”
Mr. Brunswick said that staying off technology and asking your teachers for help will be the key to passing finals.
Kevin Cauley, the school’s athletic trainer, gave many choices for what to do to pass your finals, and reduce stress. Check out the video below:
